have u checked the needle height ?
there are carbie kits available in the usa ,do a searh on ebay for honda 450 should find what u want there

i wish we could still get some of the gear on that bike would save a lot of work,don't think it would be your old frame i have,it was yellow when i got it and it was frame only,with springs.
good looking bike from the past though

he told me that any member of a club would get the cheap deals,never said anything about having to purchase bulk,maybe when u gave him your abn number he decided u were in business and he would charge full price

motor angle

i don't think u have to worry about the angle of the motor the truimph like the honda and harley has a seperate oil tank that's why the three bikes were favoured as customs,with aq seperate oil tank the motor can site at an angle and not effect oil in the motor,bikes with wet supms have to site leve...

there is a company called yss that has an agent on heaslip road mcdonald park sa ,they are about to have a stock take sale of shockies he has standard shocks for honda 750 and yam 650 for $100 a pair he has shorter ones as well best to ring him for more info ph number 82848033 mon - friday 9 am to 5...

I have been looking for an ignition switch that will allow me to do away with a starter button and use the key to start and a local auto electrican has what I was looking for for $24.00
this would suit all brands of bike...

just some info about replacing the satndard voltage regulator and rectifier that are seperate items on a 750 4,the unit from a dohc model 1980 and up will do the job of both as its a combined unit and being solid state is less likely to give problems,the part number is sh236-12,these can be got on e...
