no all brakes wheels lines are hd only the motor is xs nothing els iv bleed them heaps but no luck

hi all I have a prob with my brakes and looking for some info on my xs650 chopper she runs hd wheels and brakes iv bleed the brakes but still there very spongy the front pull almost to the grip ? the back push down way to much ? they stop but there not right anyone no what I could check next and yes...

its running on a 150/80-16 it had HD wheels and was told the sprocket was mate to work with xs so how many teeth would be better on the rear with the 18 on the motor it starts reving a bit high over 90ks so I just sit on 90ks would love to get it running smooth over 90ks

I might have it the wrong way around as I just checked the rear is 36t ? can see all of the front
