The rules are ridged frames only, no windshields, no hard bags, no rubber mounts and no chase vehicles Rigid frames, there's not many of them. Windshields, there's not too many of them. Hard bags, not seen any. No rubber mounts? Dunno. As for the no chase vehicle........see Mega Ride 2009 thread :(...

The five of us that went riding on Sunday had a ball in the sunshine, though at 7.30am it was a tad cold.
Those who were sick/hungover/under hedges/lost/bikeless or at home ironing their skirts missed on a good ride.

It's off a 1000cc Mini.
Just needed to richen up the mixture considerably from the factory settings and she runs very well.
I'm sure Zoid will update more as we go.

A mate of mine in England has one on his GS1000 and says it runs better than the standard carbs!!

Cheers

A nice gentleman by the name of Zoid gave me his 650 V Star and asked if i'd remove all the carby nonsense and gubbins under the tank, make a manifold and fit an SU....well how could i say no!! Here is the finished article. Click on the pic and it'll start the vid. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums...

Andrew CA Admin wrote:No requirements for your bike except for high beam indicator.
From what I understood from going through the rules, the high beam indicator is the ONLY thing you need on the bike, I found nothing stating that I need to have a speedo. Can you confirm this?
Depends what year the bike is.
