Finally for today at least, the only thing I have left of my old shovel............. OK,Today I drilled the bars for internal wiring for controls die ground them inside and out to prevent burrs shorting the loom. fed the wires through the holes, used some sturdy insulated wire from the holes in the ends through to the one in the centre. next was final fit of the drive

derby covers to go on after torquing nuts when mate turn up with correct sockets & torque wrench. says elbow popping with old shifters is not exact torque spec. well we will see!!

and the front view 20141007_155814.jpg test mounted the tail light 20141009_185503.jpg will loose the heavy plate bracket but will fit about this height. next finished off the wire loom and plumbed the tank to the filter hose finishers for tank & pump to be ordered before final fit( no need for them...

This week so far, test fitted the headlight on the sporty cowl

hangs too low so will find new way to mount it.Also test fitted the belt drive for clearance with the spacer
