Tuneup in our lounge

Post by Prof » Fri Feb 17, 2006 6:51 pm

We met this bloke with his Matchless chopper (I think) one evening in Adelaide about 1972. It wasn't running right, so we brought him back to our pad and we tuned it up in the lounge. You still out there mate?

We purposely made lots of noise and lots of smoke to annoy the neighbours (two joined narrow houses). We were cheesed off with them because they argued like cat and dog when he came home drunk in the early hours of the morning and kept us awake. We often had to escort him to his door as he frequently came to ours!

It didn't change their arguing, but we got a kick out of it anyway!
