Choppers australia mugs

Post by Prof » Mon Sep 16, 2013 5:28 pm

Thought I'd put this up on general forum rather just members forum.

Was at our printers on Friday and they have a range of coffee mugs that we can printed... I thought a line drawing of a chopper plus CA name.

Single colour eg white print on a dark blue mug is cheapest at approx. $5.50 if we get a minimum of 70 printed.

If we used the cheaper 'flare mug', we could have the chopper in one colour and the name in another and still keep to a reasonable price.

Their prices and varieties of mugs are listed below.

I'd suggest we add a couple of dollars to each mug or if you want a set of four or six a dollar per mug.

Mugs are printed in Queensland.

I like the double colour mugs... also the bigger mug might appeal to some of you... bit dearer though.

Would you be interested? and how many of you would like.

If there is not enough interest, I would consider doing a bit shorter run for the Chopper Shed, but would prefer to be promoting Choppers Australia.

I prefer the 'Titan', more coffee the better. BUt the normal size 'Can' is OK. The narrow base design, is ridiculous. Top heavy and easy to knock over........

Just my 11 cents worth. GST included.

Main question is... would you purchase one? Would you purchase a set?

They would be ready in a month or so... make good Chrissy presents!

Also if I can get the time, I would like to do a calendar for The Chopper Shed, similar to two year's ago done for CA, but for which we have had little interest in as a CA merchandise item. So this would also be available for Chrissy presents... which is why I mention it here.

As I said in previous post I would prefer to promote CA, but I do really like the idea of a chopper calendar... and I want to serve coffee to my CA friends and TCS customers in something better than flowery mugs!

I like the Toucan Mug or the Can Mug in either dark blue or black. I would buy one or two mugs and I would also buy a calendar.

Yep, I'd buy a set. ( As long as they didn't have skinny bases. ) Bought a CA calendar 2 years back, still on January........

What do you guys consider as a set? I am planning to have a set of six, because I often have close to that number here at morning tea time.

Didn't you say in the first post, $5.50 each? $33 dollars seems a lot for coffee mugs.

Cant have you ordering 100 mugs, just to have them sit there at your place, all paid for. I'd buy 4.

Mugs are around $5.50-$6.50 each for as many as you like. Just thought some of you would like more than one for when your mates rock up.

Davo wants two. Jethro two, Jon said 4 plus what you are all saying so I think it looks worthwhile. I'll put a pic later of what I thought to put on the mug.

Some nice mugs there.

I'm also looking at caps & some basic T shirts.

Buckles... Have found a way to do small quantities but they are metal buckles with hand carved leather insert of the CA logo. Just need to find someone to do them/sample.

WA have just put in a bulk order for 20 mugs. These will definitely go ahead when I take CnB in to get printed this week.

I would also like to do a mug run each year with a different picture so people can build up a set.

Mugs are supposed to be here this week. I'll contact you individually as soon as they arrive so you can pay and have them posted out. They were supposed to be here last week which is really annoying as it cuts things pretty fine for Xmas.

By the way, the mugs are for anybody, not just members.
