Hi again

Sumo

these part numbers should be correct..they are for a 1997 model.
Disclaimer...Perth retail prices...should be up to 20% less in the east...but this is what you would pay at full wack in Perth.

4TR-15590-00 Starter one-way assy $318.50
4TR-15517-00 Gear, Idler 2 (I would almost bet you will need this) $302.60
90110-08212 X6 Bolt, Hexagon socket head $4.45ea $26.70
4VR-15451-00 Gasket, Crankcase Cover 1 $28.55
Total $676.35

PLUS labour...

as I said, these are at our premium Perth prices, but it will still be costly....unfortunately, it's probably the only way you'll get the bike to start reliably without pushing it

sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings...
cheers

Just to reiterate...Perth prices are usually around 20% higher than in NSW....they call it 'freight' .....

Easy to fit, provided you can get the correct flywheel puller.
cheers

I have the 535 Owners and Shop manual on Cd. I found it on the internet. I can burn you a copy if you like.

I am wondering about putting a bigger tank on mine. Does anyone know if this is done easily or otherwise?
