hi all I have a 1983 kz750 ltd that I want to change the wheels to spoke wheels anyone no of a different model that will fit ? thanks

good question one just rolled in my she yesterday as well wire rims would look much better

wish 1 like that would roll in my shed lol I need a donor bike yer iv got 2 of them 1 stock and 1 hartailed off being painted if I don't find the wheels il polish the crap out of them lol

There is a good chance you can swap wheels with other models or makes. For both wheels look for same axle size and the same or less bearing width. YOu can always make up new slightly larger spacers. For rear wheel also same sprocket size.

Polish 'em til you can see your face on them. Will look awesome, and be unique. Thats just me. 7 spokes all shiny would look a bit like the old Invader wheels.

yes dale she runs nice and was a steal at 500 bucks

chassing a stock seat pan for one of these if any one has one as dont want to cut this seat up

yer I think il polish them more work but will look cool mate I had a seat but I dumped it sorry I need to lean how to polish as I want my wheels and the hole motor done any tips ? thanks

mmmm wheels ive never done have a setup for covers and forks and the like but rims mmm ill have a play on the weekend

na mate have a bench grinder set up with buffing wheel and polishing wheel on it makes life easyer
sand first down to a fine grade then polish out i had pics but comp crashed so lost them all

Any tool shop should have them. Maybe even Bunnings?

It looks like a grinding wheel, but it's made from 2 or 3 hundred discs of fabric, all stacked together like pancakes. You will need some WAX to go with it, different grades for different finishes. Sometimes called a Calico Mop.

I have them on order I seen something on the net were it was like a big disc that has like sandpaper strips on it for a bench crinder
