NSU motor from a Prinz Car, 1200cc Air cooled inline 4. The engine they originally used in the Munch Mammut

after a little looking, I'm of the opinion that its a Subaru motor,
but in the search I found a few other BMW choppers

I never thought about VW engines, now that I look at it more I think you're right.

I didn't think Subaru had air cooled motors, I may be wrong though.

It looks very similar to a bike put together in the eighties here in VIC.

Defiantly VW rather than Subaru as no radiator & has cooling fins.

I found this Guzzi but it looks all wrong to me :shock:
