Hey Brothers..
Some photos left from CFL [ Chopper For Ride ]. Hope u like & enjoy...
These choppa bike equipped wit Flame Thrower...Its cool adult toys 'n always make crowd in every choppa/HD meetings...
I make ma own flame thower use injection system wit some help ma best buddy, He's master injection tuner. The main reason i make these coz da price 4 aftermarket product flame thrower's very expensive 'n the flame not so smoulders.
I use a programable module from race car ECM module.
So its totally independent system, 'n will not interrupt bike's ignition system like other flame thrower products on market..
I can setting the flame till 2 meters, yeahh its enough amber 4 barbeque..

Its fast 'n very balance choppa bike, i was start drawing the frame's design (buell softail) wit autocad program, before i built these frame, Just make sure everything line up 'n alignment (coz powered by Buell engine so it right side driven, stock big twin HD use left side driven).
I must very carefull built these bikes, Coz the owner of these bike is ex-racer, 'n always push all of his bikes 'n cars till limit. I spent lots hours work design, drawing, calculation & recalculation for these frame...

I built these frame on frame table (jig & fixture).. used dom tubing 1020, 1.25" OD for downtubes, tig welding..
When these bike painted and completely assembled, they proud owner can learn surfings, flame thrower actions & rock 'n rolls on these bike...
Its 100% Choppa For Ride...
Yeah... Now he doesn't need waiting good wave again for surfing..
Respect & Cheers,
:D
