Venue
Donnel and Anne's place again. Address provided by PM to 78Gold
100ac and already set up to cater for groups of dog racing competitors.
Convenient access just off the New England near Maitland NSW.
Plenty of camping areas and under cover shed space.
Activities
As this is a long weekend that will give people an extra day for travelling so we can have a full day on the Sunday playing.
Of course there will be long distance visitors arriving earlier and leaving later and this is welcome.
As yet there is no challenge for a Dogs v Bikes race on their bush racetrack.
But just in case Li'l Johnny will be there and ready for the challenge !
Money
$20 deposit payable ASAP before the event.
This is for hire of toilets and Amenities etc
Food
$20 additional Pay at the Gate for those who will be partaking in the provided foodstuffs.
This year we will be giving Anne and Donnie a well earned rest from the cooking.
So we'll all be pitching in and doing most of the cooking and dishes etc
Food will be provided for cooking for :
Saturday Breakfast and Dinner
Sunday Breakfast and Dinner
Monday Breakfast
With the fantastic weather we are going to be having we hope to be out riding most days so won't be around for Lunches !
Accomodation
At the base level it's all camping. You sleep in what you bring along.
However there should be under cover areas where a tent will not be required. Also a hot shower should be in place.
