Date

Post by XSChop » Tue Jan 25, 2011 4:41 pm

Yeah I personally would go for the earlier date but either is OK.
Just had word from Gary that he is treatening to bring the SCUD !
That's his 1600VW engined outfit !!
Should give Johnny a run for his crown !
Course it's only 1600cc but methinks it might just make a few more ponies.

phil it would be great if it was a long weekend for the musther, would give everyone abit more time to play with going to and froe the event. but i guess it has to fit in with donnal& anne and when they are free to host us. any way if it turns out half as good as last one will be great. will try and put up a picture of my sand drag bike, but need the daughters help to figure this bloody thing out. pygmy

i find it really amazing that this club which i am a member of has so many guys with bikes in riding condition , and yet none of them are willing to put there name down for the nsw musther. i understand that some have work and family commitments they have to take care of,but some of you have had 12 mths to get organized. people go to a lot of trouble to organize these shows only to be let down. i think there is a lot more chopper riding done on this web site than gets done on the actual road. so come on fellas , instead of being a week end warrior commit to a decent ride, you might surprise your self. no malice intended. pygmy.

Change of dates

Post by XSChop » Wed Apr 27, 2011 9:09 pm

Hi all,
Just spoke with Donnel and he has offered us the June long weekend (4/5/6th) as an alternative to the previously mooted last weekend in August.

Long weekend would give us more travelling and play time but against it many people already have committments on long weekends.
Also it would be easier for Don and Anne as they will also have some dog people that weekend so will have the place operating anyhow.

I'm for the June date.
Who else ?
