SA Muster is on NOv 11th -13th.

A couple of Vic guys have said they are planning to come to SA for it.

DOA is also coming through the week prior and may like to join in, so it could be worth making meet and greet weekend of 5th-6th. Also makes it easier for guys to then come across to SA as well. Ask DOA.

With SA overnighters we usually leave the city outskirts at around 6pm Friday to allow blokes working to be pre packed and ready to take off as soon as work is finished... maybe get an early minute as well! We then camp on a side road an hour before dark however far we get. Gives us a good start for the Saturday and adds to the feeling of being out on the road. We usually take off early and hit a roadhouse for a quick brekky and fuel up.

I reckon that at 7 pages it's time to make a definite date and destination, ring everyone who might be a goer to get numbers and then keep up the enthusiasm... whoever finally, rolls up, rolls up and whether its 2 or ten they'll still have an unforgettable time.

And here are some pics whet your appetite...

Steve,

Do you reckon we can rock up to the caravan parks in Paynesville and Bombala without reservations?

I am in

Post by 78gold » Fri Aug 19, 2011 9:09 am

Well if this is definately on I am in.

Kerry and I will be heading down on Friday 18th. Heading back either Sunday or Monday.

Plan is (Sorry Cromag and Steve  )
Check if Accom is available at Bombala as doesnt seem to be much there and if their is a swap onetc probably difficult to find.
There are a couple of guest houses, a cara park and a couple of pubs.

If not thinking of staying in Bega and commuting to Bombala (80k's approx) for swap meet. Be a good little ride to get blood pumping.

I will be taking the car and trailer as their is no way Kerry will pillion that far. I will have my bike in trailer. This will be available as a back up vehicle but remember will be heading down Friday (Room for one more bike).

Also if anyone is in the same boat (pillion that may not want to pillion that far) pm me as they may want to car it and it may be an excuse for me to ride as Kerry will have company anyway   .

Anyway be good to catch up.

Ride Safe All

P.s Rick I would recommend at least talking to them.
