Painted tanks, guards & sidecovers...

Post by Prof » Wed May 16, 2007 9:08 pm

These three guards found on www.totalmotorcycle.com

These tanks and sidecovers are the work of John Leigh who operated a chopper shop in WA in the late seventies. John emailed them through for our enjoyment...

Way cool photos. Those artworks have more heart and soul than alot of those modern day jobs that look like they were whipped up in photoshop. Thanks for sharing those.

its not that i dont still do it , its more that i have just been otherwise occupied. other interests and priorities kinda took over for about the last 8 years or so.
i plan on airbrushing my chopper project when its ready to paint.
(yes i know - you all love photos and i will take lots of progress pics as i go)
( and i may even do a tech/how to segment, detailing the entire airbrushing process - we'll see how i go for motivation and time when the time comes )

and oops at hijacking this thread , sorry Andrew, i promise i will start a new thread when my project is off and running. 8)
