Reckon she'll be a more comfy cruiser than the Hunter... you won't know yourself. Looking forward to hearing you come up the drive!

Prof you'll definately hear it. Gonna need to make the seat more like my hunter , more deep and with a bit of a back to it.

john just checking to see if you are still interested in coming up to nsw for the mushter, if you are , just my opinion I wouldn't change anything yet till you get back that way you will no exactly what you need to change on the bike to make it more comfortable for long trips. maybe change bars and good service if you are coming. cheers pygmy, nice bike.

Hoping to do nsw run /muster. Will have to see with work and family. Will get hold of pygmy in aug/sept.

Are you sure about that? Major work to punch a evo Sporty out to 1300. 883 to 1200 on the other hand is a simple bolt on affair.

Get him to check the capacity. The cases need to be opened up to push them to 1300. Which will mean a lot more expense when it needs a re-build.

Thanks Neo,will do. Have to put some baffles in ,to get it through inspection, re I'd check at lonsdale. Way to loud. Damn.
Starting to strip bike, to change bars, need more back suport so gona change seat a bit. start some form of sissy bar using the pad off old one. Thinking smaller front wheel and slugs to make forks longer, will go see andrew on week end if i get time.

Smaller front wheel? It looks like there is a 16" on there now. Do you mean more narrow, like a 19" or 21"?

What dia forks are on there at the moment? 2-4" longer tubes for most HD forks are on eBay very regularly. Cheaper and safer than slugs.
