Sad site, but will come up a treat. I like the finned side covers on the CB's, but they are heavy and stick out an extra half inch... but very traditional and an Amen frame as well. Should be a nice chop when done. What state are you in and what year is the motor?

Good to see another bike saved from the scrapheap. Is she a runner.?

Very early days haven't even checked to see if motor turns over but actually have about 3 motors so one will do it. I think the frame was bought out here in 72 and i have a 72 motor on bench so that might be the option. I also haven't looked to see if there is a frame number but the rumour is that it has never been registered in Aus so that might be a bit interesting too. I am in Qld.

An ex member "Pommychopper" who was building choppers in Qld a few years bak was told by his engineer that a pre 74 bike was not subject to ADR's in Qld if it could be demonstrated to be in its current form since that time.

Most pre computer records no longer exist, so it is possible that lack of registration details will not be a problem.

Ask some questions up there. PC's number was 0404 528 137. He should be albe to put you onto the engineer mentioned above.
