Picked up the '59 DeSoto hubcaps on the way through Melbourne but they wont go on the front wheels :(

It has 4 cylinder 2Lt Peugot 504 running gear at present but I just got a 253 V8 on ebay so over winter.......

I think I will have someone else do the running gear swap & any spare time I get will get into getting my chop done
Shop opens next weekend so have got back a lot of my shed space

Is it all steel for that money? If so then it's a NICE car! Gotta be honest though I'd be throwing the french motor in the bin, then make sure it doesn't come back out again by putting the 253 on top of it. Then go get a hopped up blue flame motor and drop that it

Looks liek the I-beams gone too, thats a shame :(
