Anyone know where can get starter motors rebuilt/replacements? I'm in SA. Can get replacements from the states but freight is about the same cost as the part.
Bike in question is Yammie XV1000

Any decent Auto Electrician should have a test bench, and the abilities. Don't know anyone down south. I'm 50 kays North of CBD.

Is it mechanically rooted ?, bearings ?..........
