Do you recon it can be re-registered without too much trouble.
Or hypothetically what could possibly cause concern judgint by the pics?

YOu would be checked for noise, number of mirrors, working lights, horn, would need to comply with 550 rule (see definitions webpage on main site), working brakes, front guard. Because it has a pillion seat may need pillion footpegs in which case it would need a rear chain guard. Also gear lever has not been extended to be nrmally operated at front foot pegs ans I doubt would pass inspection. States vary in how they apply ADR's.

You're right Andrew, springers rockers are just plain wrong. Google the American Suspension web site. They do a great tutorial on springer forks.
Mini brake? Nah. Just a small Jap front brake. A real M'coy mini brake is a rarity these days
750/4 Sonic chopper.
A custom bike or a chopper should be something that has had the original essence of its existence altered to project the skills, objectives and artistic vision of its creator so the viewer or “beholder” and the creator can be positively stimulated by the actual bold or sublime beauty of the bike. Both need to project an essence of suitability, practicality, function and righteousness that has no stand for mediocrity or aesthetic blasphemy.
