Should I stay of should I go?

Post by Chucky » Tue May 26, 2009 8:32 am

I have to be back in Brissy for the morning of the 24th :-(

My mums turning up for a week so I have no option but to get back for family.

So do I stay in SA for a day and then high tail it back solo? or do I stay till everyone sets off on Tuesday and then ship the bike back?

chucky i think if you do some longer days and take a shorter route home you could still be home in time if you wanted to stay till the tuesday .It may be interesting to find out what people intend to do on the way home

build your mum a bike and take her with you, that way you will have someone to do your washing.

Sorry mum :D

You should be able to leave on Tuesday 20th and be home on evening of 24rd. Four days via Pinnaroo, Ouyen, Hay Parkes will get there there fine. this is the route I usually take. I'm sure you'll find someone else to ride with you... real easy rider country...

I assumed interstaters were leaving Tuesday anyway... but everyone is welcome to stay as long as you like.

I had planned for group to visit National Motor Museum at Birdwood (1 hour ride) on Monday.

You don't have a boat PC.
Why do you need and anchor?

Hey there Chuky

It will be a great ride, and if your up for it, the faster ride back on Tues may not be soo bad.. I am thinking of stopping off in Tasmania to see my Mum on the way back then going up the coast road home..
