source for cheap parts from the USA

Post by 98sportster » Mon Jun 16, 2008 6:27 pm

I found these shops in the USA.
One guy makes custom points, aircleaner and derby covers and charges no extra for postage to australia. I have ordered a points cover and he's giving away free t-shirts with orders at the moement.

The other one is a shop who will get you anything from just about any catalog in America at very cheap prices especially v-twin stuff here are some of the quotes I got .

leapara meatlflake spring solo seat rrp $129.00 their price $109.60

v-twin spring solo seat mounting kit rrp $84.86 their price $68.62
for 99 sportster
v-twin frame cover to go under the seat rrp $39.82 their price $27.37

You look in the catalog you want to buy the stuff from and enter the part no. on their website and it gives you a price.
On the page where you enter the part no is a list of catalogs to select from.
Their links to the catalogs page does not list them all you may have to do a web search for them.
They also send by us mail not ups which is too expensive.

I am in the process of ordering stuff from them and will update this post and let everyone know what they are like to deal with.

I priced them at a local place who has them made in Asia for mega ride and had to get 50 made and cost over $30 each if I remember correctly.
