Written Off Bikes

Post by 78gold » Thu Dec 30, 2010 5:14 pm

Hi All,
I am trying to get a list of Auctions or wherever I can look to buy repairable or Statutory write-offs.
It is to try and buy a 2002 to 2005 Triumph Bonnie so that I can pull it down for use in a rigid chop.

I know of:
1. www.manheimfowles.com.au
2. www.pickles.com.au

Does anyone know of any other avenues I can try ????????
Regards
Nigel

Hi ya,

I have had good success with this guy:

http://shop.ebay.com.au/adrenalinpb/m.h ... ksid=p4340

He buys from the auctions and usually buys all the triumphs, Yammies and Honda's.
And he is still relatively cheap.

It was just a thought

It isn't a chopper if it isn't chopped.

Hi Nigel
I believe the Statutory write-off laws have changed just recently here in NSW so best check up on them before you buy somthing you cant register.
