Indicators in Victoria

In Victoria, bikes manufactured pre June 1975 do not need turning indicators.

this info found out by Aussie hard.

That's just wacked.

Indicators on pre 1975 ?!??, that would just wreck the look of some old bikes, e.g. indicators on a 1926 Model P Triumph would just be wrong.

I thought by having arms would help this issue, but hey Victoria is just weird.

Not the people just the government. :shock:

It is NOT REQUIRED on pre June 1975, any thing older then mid 1975 don't need indicators.

Although I don't mind hand signalling Left, it is taking my hand off the throttle to signal right……….

Is there some approved documentation that shows the correct hand signals to use on the roads in Aus?

Try using your leg for Right, works for me just fine.
