Brisbane Frame certification ?

Brisbane Frame certification ?

Hey all Criss from netbikes is wanting to do a chopper and wondered if any one knew who he would see in Brisbane or sourounds about getting a frame certified ?

he asked me so im asking you guys

Independently Constructed Vehicle, apply at Dept of Transport ! I thought this was a chopper forum ?
