NSW Pink Slip inspections

Hey guys, as per the points being discussed elsewhere;

May depend how much rake you add and how neat the job is. Not sure how closely your regio guys look at things... guys in your state should know.

Can anyone in NSW provide any insight as to whether a normal pink slip inspection (probably in Sydney, rather than in the country) of a registered bike would be likely to flag a rake change of 5-6 degrees if the welds weren't showing, and everything else was relatively normal?

Can only comment with my experience, and that is when previously 'blue slipping' a 77 GS750 in a country town in NSW a few years ago when there were only 2 such places to do so in that town, the bloke actually measured and questioned me on the wheel base........i suggested that the chain was tensioned correctly thereby extending said wheel base.....it was stock.

Try this dude out at Seven Hills he passed my modified Harley year after year. He only does Pink Slips not Blue Slips for motorcycles.

Don't watch TV, that's usually the western suburb kids trying to make their Hyundais look like fast n furious machines, and making them death traps in the process, were they saying that it was the boyracer cars, or bikes as well?
