Well I have finally got everything to do what its supposed to this time without blowing fuses(touch wood),I got up early this morning and started ripping yesterdays wiring out I had fuses blowing things working and then not working the horn even started going by its self at one stage,so I gave up in disgust and went in side and watched the tv.Well after ripping out all the wires I found that all that was causing my trouble was that I had trapped the horn wire between the switch block and the handlebars and it was shorting out,and should I have looked ther first? before I ripped it all out because I was sure that I had something wired wrong, yeah, well next time ,eh.So far my list of injuries is growing pretty fast, if any one needs a stunt man for a" how not to do it",video I'm your man,Having recovered from cutting my fingers with the angle grinder while making a new top motor mount, I got out the first aid kit,put the hospital number on the speed dial and ventured out into the shed, I then proceeded to rip out the wiresand managed to stab myself in the left hand with a pair of needle nosed pliers,I think that it was still a bit numb when I cut my left thumb while stripping a wire that I needed to join into,I soon forgot about that though as I picked up the soldering iron by the tip Christ it was hot, burnt me on the same spot as the other day,you see I was holding the wire and just felt round for it with out looking, I was trying to rush ,it can happen to any one,any way as I stood up I whacked my head on the handlebars and nearly ko'ed myself, are you begining to see why this wiring took me all day, well I just pushed the bike out the front and took some photos of the bike that Im going to try to post, only got the front guard and brake hose to do now ,so as long as there are no serious injuries it should be finished this week sometime, see ya Lowie
