Next NSW event planned is a weekend ride to www.nationalmotorcyclemuseum.com.au Nabiac Motorcycle Museum on the weekend of 13th and 14th March 2010.

As some will be coming from southern Sydney or further it's not possible to do it in a day run so we will be arranging accomodation for the Saturday night (details to come).

For more about the museum see the link above or Cromag's comments after his recent visit.

Numbers needed for accomodation so please register your intention here or phone Phil on 0419 501285

wow, it looks like they have a 1000cc version of the RC30.

now that'd be worth some money.

Update on accomodation for the Nabiac run.
I phoned the Museum and they have just recently decided to offer a spare house at the back of the museum for visitors so I booked it.
$65 for the first two people and $30 each after that.
2 Double beds and 4 Singles plus floor/lounge space etc.
And it's right on the grounds.
Bikes can be parked around the house in the paddock or if you are really concerned about theft they will let you leave it in the museum overnight.
And if you pay admission to the museum on the Saturday you can come back in on the Sunday for free.
There is also the Pub and Caravan park across the highway if we need more space.

So please put your hand up for the double or single beds according to your preference. Couples get preference for double beds but otherwise First in Best Slept.

Reaper,
Do you want to meet up then head up together.

If any other Sydney siders going we could meet first then head up together.

I am free all day Laughing so can fit in with your times.

Lookin forward to catching up and seeing museum, never been there before.

Yes I would expect all the Sydneysiders and there abouts arrange to meet up and come up the F3 together.
Let me suggest meeting up with the Newcastle mob at the servo at the end of the F3(where it splits into the New England and the Pacific Hwy).
What time will be dictated by what time the southeners think they will get there.
Then we could go by some interesting back roads to make the ride more interesting but on the other hand more painful for anyone on a rigid.
Will there be any rigids ?
But realistically we probably just head up the Pacific Hwy but I suggest we peel off at Buladelah and go via the old Pacific Highway (Wootton Way) which is really good and basically deserted road for a bit of fun before Nabiac.

Again it's all up to what time the southeners can get together and get moving on the Saturday so let's hear from you all for a time at the end of the F3
