Fantastic.!

If you want to see a guy rebuilding a project 750, YouTube a fella called "Hackaweek" (Dean) lots of 10 -20 minute vids from a frame and 20 boxes of parts.

He also built a VF750 cafe, (with a fibreglass fuel tank from scratch)
The brave may not live long, but, the cautious do not live at all.
